Fees, levies, and the first weeks of housing. If you will not pay something, say that too.
Do not ask them to start early
The lawful start is when the permission exists. Write the plan for a refusal or a missed cap into the offer, not into a later email.
What happens after you publish
The role appears on the board and in search. Applications sent through the form are stored with the listing, and the candidate is shown your email so they can write to you directly. There is no fee on the form.
